These terms are an agreement between you and [Company] (“we”, “us”) covering your use of ChatDoes. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you use ChatDoes on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

ChatDoes is an AI assistant that connects to tools you choose, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Linear and Asana, and performs tasks in them when you ask. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use ChatDoes.
• Give us an email address you control; we verify it before your account can be used.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at [contact email] if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you connect a tool, you authorise us to access it and act in it on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. Actions such as sending an email, creating an event or editing a document are taken because you asked for them, and you are responsible for them.

Review what ChatDoes proposes before relying on it, especially for anything that is hard to undo. You can disconnect a tool at any time. Your use of each connected tool remains subject to that provider’s own terms.

Responses are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as professional advice — legal, medical, financial or otherwise. You are responsible for checking output before you use or send it.

You agree not to use ChatDoes to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• send spam, phishing or other unsolicited or deceptive messages;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• generate or distribute harmful, abusive or illegal content;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, get around usage limits, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
• resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.

• Requests consume credits based on the AI usage they involve. You can see your balance and usage in the app. Current prices are on our pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude taxes unless stated, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• If you turn on auto-recharge, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method for the top-up amount you chose whenever your balance falls to your threshold, until you turn it off.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where we tell you otherwise. If a payment is reversed or refunded, we may remove the corresponding credits.
• We may change prices; changes apply to purchases made after the change.

You keep ownership of what you send to ChatDoes and of the output it generates for you. You give us permission to host, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The ChatDoes software, brand and website are owned by us and protected by law. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

ChatDoes relies on third-party services, including AI model providers, our integration provider, and the tools you connect. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect what ChatDoes can do.

You can stop using ChatDoes and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will survive.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that output will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, the actions you direct ChatDoes to take, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [jurisdiction], unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use ChatDoes after that means you accept the updated terms.
